IRINO MIYU LIVE 2023 "Time Flies"

I watched via eplus which costs 5440 yen (5000 ticket + 440 service fee). You will get the link to the stream after completing the purchase. I was able to get up for the actual livestream (when you lived in the other half of the world, lol). The video was pretty smooth with no lags/buffering. The production was great as well, it felt like watching actual concert DVD. The total length was around 2 hours and 20 minutes (including singing and MC parts).

There was a short VTR talk from Miyu before the start of the concert. The playlist was a mixed of his more recent songs from Life is..., NO CONCEPT (and Cover side), and the latest single 愛さずにはいられない. Miyu played the guitar along with a few songs such as FUN!! and やってみればいい. The opening songs were upbeat and fun, then we transitioned into a more ballad tempo midway (songs 7-9 below, which are some of my favourites!) and back to the upbeat songs in later part.

It's always interesting with the band member introduction, but I don't understand Japanese that much so it was a lot of guessing of what they talked about lol. I think Kamiya-san's name was slipped out from Miyu during one of the MCs. There was also goods advertisement portion, which was kinda funny when he projected his face to the multiple screens on stage. (I'm somewhat used to this after watching a few Japanese concerts/MVs with this type of ads.) He also sneaked in We wish you a Merry Christmas and a Happy New Year during Just give me the love song. The last song was a bit chaotic because Miyu was running around with the video cam to the different band members.

Listening to the concert made me realized that I remember the songs via their album covers more than the actual track name 😂 Below is the list based on the rewatch:

At the end of the concert, there was announcement about the live tour for 2024 and closing talk with the band members. (LOL at Miyu trying to spray his collab perfume 🤣) This was a very enjoyable show overall and my first time watching Miyu's live performance. Thank you for giving oversea fans the chance to watch at the same time!
