Masons Pants and Shorts

I have a few pairs of Ems by Masons pants and shorts. I've had them for at least ten years, and I wear them pretty often. They are all still in excellent condition and don't really show any significant signs of wear. Of course they are a "rough-out" style of pant made from very durable materials so it's not that surprising that they are holding up. But the sewing is also excellent. Each pair is made in Italy, seemingly by hand or close to by hand. I've never had a seam rip, and no holes have developed in any of my Masons pieces. It's really a pleasure to own such high quality articles of clothing. Some people may find the price of the Ems by Masons pants and shorts to be high. They can run over $300 USD for a pair of pants. But I always buy them on eBay, gently used. Because they are so durable, if you buy carefully, you can pick up a pair of very nice pants for $50 or so, and shorts for even less. One of my pairs of Masons shorts was found in a thrift shop for about $7. They were practically brand new when I bought them.
