Sigh

I strained my neck yesterday, and it's the second time it has happened in the past two weeks.

No doubt my poor posture is to blame, but I've noticed I'm much more susceptible to injuries on days when I'm tense and forget to take breaks. The tension in my body builds and eventually manifests as an accidental injury.

This injury is a good reminder that physical and mental stress is something that we need to deal with daily or risk getting injured or demotivated.
