• The Beast With Five Fingers, tonight's Svengoolie movie, is one of the oddest I've ever seen. I was looking forward to it as it has Peter Lorre in a main role but, honestly, it's just... odd. 

Prayers, etc.:

• 06:00 - Prayer to St. Michael the Archangel

• 18:20 - Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and Archbishop Vigano's Prayer for The United States of America; and The Saturday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
• 18:35 - The Hour of Vespers according to the Traditional Catholic Breviary: Bible readings, prayers, and meditations for 09 January, Our Lady's Saturday.
• Tonight's bedtime Rosary will be the Glorious Mysteries.

Diet:

• 09:15 - 2 poached egg sandwiches, 1 orange
• 13:00 - bowl of spaghetti and meat sauce 
• 15:00 - egg rolls 
• 17:15 - air-popped popcorn

Exercise:

• 2 sets of 10 reps, calf raises - 2 sets of 10 reps, squats

Chores, etc.:

• 08:00 - monitor trusted social sites and trusted news sources
• 10:30 - ST:Discovery- the finale
• Noon - QN post published, and
• Noon - Colts vs Bills NFL game
• 15:30 - and now Rams vs Seahawks 
• 16:35 - another QN post published
• 19:00 - Finally time for this week's Svengoolie
• 20:45 - upgrading the OS on my laptop

Chess:

• 16:40 - moved in all non-ICCF games
