Random thoughts:

• The bathroom scales and blood pressure machine were very kind to me this morning, both giving me really good numbers.
• It was too rainy and cold all day to anything outside so I stayed in, played a lot of chess and did a lot of light reading. I can handle days like this.

• Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Glorious Mysteries.

• 08:50 - 1 orange 
• 11:30 - bowl of cooked vegetables with meat
• 14:30 - bowl of pancit

• 12:20 - moved in all non-ICCF games
• 14:50 - moved in all ICCF games 
• 19:30 - joined a club chess tournament
