- Much of this day's activities involved financial matters. None of it bad in any way, just things that took time to research and sort out.
- Last night's time of silence (no TV, no radio) was so nice I may repeat it tonight.

- 19:45 - Fr. Chad Rippberger's Prayer of Command to protect my family, my sons, my daughter and her family, my granddaughters and their families, my great grandchildren, and everyone for whom I have responsibility from any demonic activity; and The Wednesday Prayers of the Association of the Auxilium Christianorum.
- 20:15 - The Hour of Vespers according to the Traditional Catholic Breviary: Bible readings, prayers, and meditations for 03 February, Comm: St. Blaise, Bishop.
- Tonight's Rosary before bed will be the Glorious Mysteries.

- 08:00 - bowl of oatmeal, 1 orange
- 10:00 - munching on cheese
- 12:15 - slice of bread
- 15:00 - small bowl of spaghetti
- 16:15 - salmon
- 18:30 - 1 banana
- 19:20 - dish of ice cream

- 09:00 - load weekly pill boxes
- 12:00 - spent so much time trying to buy a membership in a bulk shopping concern
- 12:30 - watch game shows
- 15:00 - turn to OANN
- 15:45 - turn to Classic Doctor Who
- 16:30 - Cruel and Spiteful Children
- 18:30 - Wheel of Fortune
