Deuteronomy 2:10-11 links the Anakim with the Emim and states that both people groups are regarded as Rephaim. This passage points out they they are of the land of Moab and were as great, numerous and as tall as the Anakim.

Daniel 4:13 describes King Nebuchadnezzar seeing a watcher in a vision as he was in bed. The watcher is described as holy and descending from heaven. In 4:17 the watcher himself says that what he came to say was the decree of the "angelic watchers" (NASB) and that the decision was made by "the Holy Ones".
