Nebuchadnezzar saw a watcher in a vision

Daniel 4:13 describes King Nebuchadnezzar seeing a watcher in a vision as he was in bed. The watcher is described as holy and descending from heaven.
In 4:17 the watcher himself says that what he came to say was the decree of the "angelic watchers" (NASB) and that the decision was made by "the Holy Ones".
An interesting phrase to note in verse 17 is "the realm of mankind"
Nebuchadnezzar sees a watcher once more in verse 23.
This is the only passage in the English translations that use the term Watcher.
