Deuteronomy 3:8 states explicitly that all of Bashan was called the land of Rephaim. This apparently includes Argob.
The land of the Rephaim is also mentioned in Joshua 17:15.

Deuteronomy 2:19-21 says that the land of the Ammonites was also called the land of the Rephaim.
It also points out that the Ammonites called them (the Rephaim) Zamzummin and describes them as being as tall, mighty, and as numerous as the Anakim (a phrase used earlier in that chapter when speaking of the Emim: verse 11).

It goes on to speak of how big his iron bed was and that it was in Rabbah in the land of the Ammonites.
