Deuteronomy 3:8 explicitly states that "King Og of bashan was the last of the remnant of the Rephaim."
It goes on to speak of how big his iron bed was and that it was in Rabbah in the land of the Ammonites.
Joshua 12:4 also states this fact, and again in Joshua 13:12.
