Cocktail Sauce

I never thought I would have to post this recipe, but too many of my friends have called at all sorts of odd hours asking for it. Yeah, this is the basic stuff that is used as a dip with Shrimp Cocktail. The big question is whether or not my friends will take advantage of this recipe, or will they still call me at all hours...

Ingredients

1 cup Ketchup

1 tablespoon Horse Radish

1 teaspoon Lemon Juice

Instructions

  1. Squirt the ketchup into a bowl.
  2. Add a heaping tablespoon of horse radish (if you don't like it spicy, then don't make it heaping).
  3. Add the lemon juice.
  4. Stir it all together.
  5. Taste it out with one of the shrimps from someone else's shrimp cocktail.
  6. If it's too spicy, add more ketchup. If it's not spicy enough, add more horse radish.
