Today there were interesting events hapenning around. Some important changes are taking place.
Good ones, and most likely favorable. Interesting new chapters coming up.

Had a nice talk with a friend, who suggested me an interesting exercise that involves writing:

  • Write a letter to you older self. Aim somewhere around 15 years from now, round it to the closest multiple of 10. (for instance, if you're 26, write a letter to your 40 self)
  • In that letter write about:
    • Your current problems and circumstances
    • Your social and cultural environment
    • Your thoughts and wishes for your future
    • The achievements you would like to see happening
    • What not to worry so much
    • What matters most in life
    • What you expect from your life

There are more items that would fit here, change it at will.

After writing that letter, seal it, and keep it saved somewhere.
Open it on your birthday, when you complete that amount os springs (in our previous example, 40 springs).

I liked the idea and I'm going to do it.

Today I'll already start the gratitude program, but without using the hashtag.

  1. I'm grateful for the food I ate for lunch today, it was a meal I didn't have in a long time due to the pandemics.
  2. I'm grateful for the person who attended me in the store today. I couldn't find a product and the person helped me to find and choose something similar to solve my problem. The person was super nice :)
  3. I'm grateful for my friend who shared some information I needed, showed empathy when things didn't work and cheered when they did.

That all happened today :D
