Day 023

#100Days

Using time

The speed with which we've been living has accelerated over the years. And it might accelerate even more in the years ahead.

Most people are increasing the amount of time they spend online. That also mighty also just increase over time.

I've noticed that this online time is not always well spent by myself. I usually spend most of it in social networks, chatting and messaging people and groups. I'm not counting here working time.

I miss having longer stories or interactions. Even a bike ride requires longer attention span than chatting or browsing. Series and movies kinda got me tired.

This is all about living and enjoying the moment. When you start thinking on the long term, or plan activities that require consistency, then it gets even more important to take time and routines into account.

When you think about it rationally, it looks quite simple. But when it comes to reshape your daily behavior..

We often change our minds, experience situations that make us rethink previous ideas. But not that often we revisit our vows/wishes for the future.

Maybe setting a reminder system could help us with emotional and wishful consistency. When you remind yourself why you wanted to achieve some goal, and that reminder comes whenever you feel down or about to give up, then maybe the fire inside of you starts to burn strong again.
