"so that through the church the manifold wisdom of God might now be made known to the rulers and authorities in the heavenly places".
Ephesians 3:10 ESV

This verse implies that the heavenly rulers and authorities did not know the manifold wisdom of God before Jesus Christ died, rose again and sent the Holy Spirit to start the church.
